  I hate to have to write this but potential new customers need to be warned. First, loved the design and install crew. First piece of advice - DO NOT sign the contract requiring full payment at "completion" of job. I knew better and did it. Add the clause to hold a % until you agree project is complete! Here we are a year later and STILL waiting for a correct panel for my 40K kitchen. They say they are in a legal battle with the manufacturer for payment (?? that is not my problem, I paid and want my kitchen complete). Second note - TERRIBLE communication from Debbie Herzog. I can't tell you how many times I have called and left messages and even stopped by. SHE NEVER RETURNS MY CALLS! Very unprofessional! I am reasonable and expect at least a return call with updates. When I speak to her in person, because I have to actually catch her at the store, she is super nice and gives lots of lip service and promises but does not actually follow through. I am very upset with the way they/she is conducting her professional side of business!!!
